Park Management Tools

The Park Dynamics Management Suite is designed to assist local, state and national parks in managing volunteers, news, resources, bulletins, member activities and schedules, annual membership fees, and special activities, such as Junior Ranger Programs and Artists in Residence. Whether creating a new site or expanding upon an existing site, our team focuses on creating user-friendly tools that increase the ability of park staff to manage resources and events while adding value to the park experience for members, visitors and volunteers.

BIG Kudos to the the folks that set-up the website! Of ALL the state park systems, this is by far the most user-friendly, informative and efficient! Reservation & Volunteer info is very easy to comprehend and use. I look forward to visiting throughout the state - Your website helped with that decision.....Hats off to the web designer & IT troops! - Lee, College Park, Maryland (March 2010)

Content Management

The park content management system allows numerous site contributors to post and update information, including park rangers, administrative personnel, campground hosts and site members.

Members and visitors may interact with the site to view featured activities and to complete and submit feedback surveys regarding their park experiences. Park activities, accommodations, rates and reservation information may be searched by visitors and updated with ease by site administrators.

The Park Management Tools are designed to aid park staff in managing activities, members, volunteer projects, internal resources and website management - without requireing a technical knowledge of HTML.

Membership Management

Accept annual membership fees online and manage park member relationships through one easy interface. Track members and payments by check or credit card including Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Save on bank charges by integrating your site with PayPal.

Daily, Weekly and Monthly Calendars

Upcoming programs, volunteer opportunities, and seasonal happenings by park location may be viewed by day, week, month, category and zip code. Volunteers can search for and schedule projects, such as Campground Host tours of duty or park beautification days, and members may select events to add to their own personal calendars.

Individuals may sign up with groups for events and team projects. Group
members can be sent email online and group lists can also be used to
manage mailing lists for postal mailings and park publications.
